SCENTIMENTAL PENICILLIN

INGREDIENTS:

½ oz Scentiment	½ oz Islay Scotch, such as Laphroaig	1½ oz Highland/Speyside Scotch, such as Macallan or Glenivet
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice	½ - 1 oz Honey	½ oz Ginger Liqueur

METHOD:

1. Combine the ingredients except Islay Scotch in a cocktail shaker

2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes for three-quarters

3. Shake, and strain into a Rock glass with a large ice cube

4. Float the Islay scotch on top by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon

5. Garnish with candied ginger, lemon peel, or both

6. Enjoy!
